Hope of the Valley (HOV) is a rescue mission in the LA area and near and dear to Beachbody's heart.
HOV helps people who are struggling, have no where to turn and are homeless.
Over the past year, Beachbody employees have been volunteering, serving hot meals, raising donations, collecting supplies, and doing whatever was possible to give back. In July, a BRAND NEW shelter was built with Beachbody's help!
Every single donation, big or small, helps someone take the first steps towards a new life filled with promise.
